Castagno di Piteccio, a charming small village in Tuscany is an open-air museum. Here, artists in '70s of the twentieth century have used the walls of the houses as canvases for their works.

In spring 2019, call for artists was open after almost 40 years.

In this collage, I wanted to capture historic landmarks of the village - iconic train station (top left), church entry (bottom right) and its bell tower (bottom left). Red parts represent parts of a Pistoia flag.

I’m beyond grateful and honored to had the opportunity to be part of this amazing project, to meet all those beautiful, talented people and to share stories, food, and wine with them for two weeks!
